Thesis Title: Development of a Computer-Aided Methodology Engineering Environment for the Hybrid Method Design Approach
|
Abstract: Analogous to CASE tools facilitating Information Systems Development (ISD), Computer-Aided Methodology Engineering (CAME) tools support a wide range of activities carried out by Methodology Engineers. A CAME environment consists of a set of correlated tools aiming to facilitate, in its ideal form, the entire process of Situational Method Engineering. The aim of this project is to develop a CAME environment supporting the Hybrid methodology design approach. This approach of methodology design uses alternative Methodology Engineering approaches for different parts of the method engineering process and at different levels of abstraction. It also provides a framework allowing flexible and iterative application of four methodology development approaches... |
