Analogous to CASE tools facilitating Information Systems Development (ISD), Computer-Aided Methodology Engineering (CAME) tools support a wide range of activities carried out by Methodology Engineers. A CAME environment consists of a set of correlated tools aiming to facilitate, in its ideal form, the entire process of Situational Method Engineering.
